Now that you’ve scheduled an appointment what should you do?

1. Please make sure all areas to be inspected were communicated or if you have concerns for other areas.
2. Please make sure we have access to all areas and ladders, keys or other necessary items for access.
3. Please let us know if there is any issue with parking such as metered, garage, restricted parking times, permit required or simply a lot of cars and rare openings.
4. Please make sure you keep all doors and windows to the areas to be inspected closed for 24 hours prior to inspection.
5. Please do not allow anyone or pets to enter areas to be inspected if they have been walking or playing in the grass or working with any foliage.
6. Please ensure there is power or we are aware of needs for bringing our own power supply.
7. Please ensure that we are aware of any special needs such as rush results for sampling .
8. Please have payment ready at the end of the physical inspection and testing. Payment is due prior to leaving the site with no exceptions. Please make any checks out to Sean Myers.
