Aegis excels at Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) investigations. We can inspect for water damage, microbial contamination (including mold) and airborne contaminants as well as use thermal imaging to detect wet surfaces and heat loss in attics and walls in residential and businesses.

We can inspect and test for mold, bacteria, dust particle composition, carbon dioxide, allergens, formaldehyde and other indicators of poor air quality. We have performed odor investigations in the past with a fair amount of success. These are usually the most difficult type as some odors are only present at random times.

We can perform office inspections where occupants are complaining of poor IAQ issues and becoming sick. Often we find a simple cause and solution.

We can perform HVAC inspections to determine the condition of the system and suitability of use.

After a visual inspection we go over the findings with the client and offer recommendations for testing.
