Who we share your data with

Absolutely no one! In fact we go out of our way to protect your information and only release it to those the initial client authorizes unless by court order legally served. Open packets (not legally served) dropped off in the mail are discarded as junk-mail regardless of content.

All information regarding the inspection, lab results, e-mails, billing or any other communication is strictly confidential. No information will be shared with anyone other than the initial client (specific person for whom the report is intended unless previously authorized). It is up to the initial client for storage and distribution with exception of us forwarding a copy to a remediation company of the clients choosing.

Outside parties (including but not limited to co-workers, attorneys, supervisors/employees and family/friends) are to contact the aforementioned client and receive copies through them. Any reports requested by non authorized persons will have to be obtained from the client. 

Requests for additional copies of reports will be scheduled as per a regular project and copies will be disbursed as soon as reasonably possible.

How long we retain your data

Projects are kept for  2 years from the time of inspection and Emails are usually deleted within a month.

Where we send your data

Once a report is generated it will be sent to the initial client only via Email.
